Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the option to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you—or a person authorized by you who is not the carrier—take possession of the goods.
If several goods are delivered as part of a single order, the period begins on the day on which you receive the last partial shipment or the last item.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to provide a clear statement indicating your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may submit this notification directly via our return portal at https://www.wecirc.com/apps/reklamation.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification of withdrawal before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.


Consequences of revocation

Upon receipt of your revocation, we will refund all payments we have received from you. This also includes the regular delivery costs; the only exception to this are additional costs incurred if you have expressly chosen a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us.

The refund will be made immediately, but no later than fourteen days after receipt of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees for the refund.

We are entitled to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

The return deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
As the buyer, you bear the costs of the return shipment, unless WeCirc decides to reimburse the costs.

In the case of justified complaints (e.g., undescribed defects), we will of course cover the full return shipping costs. For returns made as a gesture of goodwill and voluntary returns (e.g., if the ordered item does not fit), a flat shipping fee of €3.99 within Germany and €9.99 for international returns will be deducted from the refund amount.

You will only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling that goes beyond checking the properties and functionality.


Exclusions from revocation

Revocation is excluded for:

  • Items whose security label has been removed, damaged, or is no longer attached in its original condition.
  • Goods that have actually been used after delivery.
  • Products whose condition has deteriorated after delivery.
