Shipping within Germany

All shipments within Germany are reliably sent with DHL.
The shipping costs are €4.99 per order.

The delivery time is usually 3–4 business days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping within the European Union (EU)

We also use DHL for shipping to EU member states.
The shipping costs and delivery times vary as follows:

Austria

  • Shipping costs: €8.99
  • Delivery time: approx. 4–6 business days

All other EU countries

  • Shipping costs: €14.49
  • Delivery time: approx. 2–8 business days

Delivery is currently possible to the following EU countries:

Belgium, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Spain.

Non-delivery areas

Please note that we are currently unable to deliver to the following regions:

  • Archipelagos (e.g., Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Azores)
  • United Kingdom (Great Britain) due to Brexit
  • Non-EU countries outside Europe and countries that do not use the euro as their currency

Payment options

Our shop offers a variety of secure payment methods, including:

There are no additional costs for using the payment methods offered.
