Our quality control eliminates the risk of receiving damaged, neglected, or incorrectly described items. Every item is inspected, professionally cleaned, and refurbished if necessary before being sold – you don't have to rely on luck; you can depend on a defined quality standard.
With maximum transparency, we eliminate the uncertainty that often arises when buying second-hand. Clear condition descriptions, honest product descriptions, and verified authenticity ensure that you know exactly what you're buying – without any unpleasant surprises after unpacking.
Fair prices ensure that you neither overpay nor compromise on quality. WeCirc creates a transparent marketplace where the true value of a designer item is the focus – fair for both buyers and sellers.
Is sustainability taken into account?
When shipping, we pay attention to resource-saving packaging and use – where possible – previously used or recyclable packaging material.
The shipment is sent via DHL, preferably by rail. This saves further resources compared to conventional shipping.
Since we only sell items that have already been produced, the production of new products is reduced.
In addition, 2% of the profits are donated to sustainable projects as well as recycling and environmental initiatives.
How does WeCirc work?
WeCirc buys, inspects, and sells select designer items, giving high-quality pieces a second life. We don't produce new goods – instead, we focus on conscious consumption and quality.
If you'd like to sell designer items, simply fill out our sales form . Then send us the items for inspection. Our expert team will carefully check each item for quality and authenticity and then provide you with an offer.
If you decide to accept the offer, we will handle the resale. If the offer is declined, we will of course return your items to you.
We also act responsibly when it comes to shipping: We pay attention to efficient shipping methods and, whenever possible, reuse packaging materials. In this way, we can make buying and selling designer items more sustainable together.

🛒 Order & Delivery
How does the ordering process work at WeCirc?
Once you order an item from WeCirc, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Your item will then be carefully prepared and shipped. As these are pre-loved designer items, each one is inspected again before shipping. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
How is the authenticity of the items ensured?
Authenticity is WeCirc's top priority.
Every item submitted is carefully inspected by our experienced team for authenticity, quality, and condition . We check, among other things, the material, workmanship, serial numbers, and brand-specific features.
Only items that meet our high standards are offered at WeCirc.
How are the product dimensions recorded?
All product dimensions are carefully determined according to a uniform standard. The items are measured flat and in their natural shape – without stretching or tautensing the material .
Measurements are always taken at the outermost points of the product. Depending on the product type (e.g., clothing, shoes, bags, or suitcases), the relevant measuring points differ; you can find these in the respective measurement diagrams in our measurement guide .
Please note that slight deviations of 1–2 cm may occur due to manual measurements. These are due to the material and production process and do not constitute a defect.
What payment methods does WeCirc offer?
At WeCirc, you can pay securely and conveniently using all common payment methods. The currently available payment options are displayed directly at checkout and may vary depending on the country.

We do not offer a traditional bank transfer due to the time delay.
How is the payment made?
After you have selected an item and completed the checkout process in the shopping cart, you will see our payment methods.
After you have selected your preferred payment method, you will be guided through the payment process.
Your payment will be processed immediately upon completion of your order. This allows us to quickly reserve your item and ship it promptly.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
We usually ship your order within 1–3 business days after receiving payment. Delivery within Germany typically takes 2–4 business days . Please note that in exceptional cases – e.g., during periods of high order volume – slight delays may occur.
Which shipping provider is used?
Shipping is usually via DHL as an insured parcel. As soon as your parcel is on its way, we will provide you with a tracking number, which you can use to track the current delivery status at any time.
Returns & Refunds
How can I return an item?
You can easily start your return via our returns & complaints portal :
Enter your order number and email address there and follow the steps. After submitting your request, we will begin the review process. You will receive the return shipping label from us.
What are the requirements for a return?
Returns are only accepted if the item is in its original condition and the security tag has not been removed . Please pack the item carefully and include your order number, if possible, so we can process your return quickly.
Who pays for the return shipping?
In the case of justified complaints (e.g., undescribed defects), we will of course cover the full return shipping costs .
For voluntary returns or goodwill refunds (e.g., if the item does not fit or is not liked), a flat shipping fee of €3.99 will be deducted from the refund amount.
How and when will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued via the original payment method. Processing usually takes a few business days. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take some time for the funds to appear in your account. After you ship the return, it typically takes 7-10 days for the money to be credited to your account.

Do I need a customer account to order from WeCirc?
No. You can order from WeCirc without a customer account. However, an account offers you additional benefits such as a better overview of your orders and returns.
What are the advantages of having a customer account?
With a customer account you can:
- View your orders and their status at any time
- Manage returns and refunds more easily
- Easily save your contact details
How do I log in to my customer account?
Registration is simple and done via email code . You don't need a password – we'll send you a secure login link directly to your email address.
If you are experiencing login difficulties, please check that you have used the correct email address and also check your spam folder.

💸 Sales process
How do I sell to WeCirc?
If you would like to sell designer items, you can simply fill out our sales form and send us the most important information about your items.
We will then send you a non-binding price quote. After you accept the quote, we will send you a free shipping label.
After you send us your items, our experts will carefully examine them for quality, condition, and authenticity. Based on this examination, you will receive a binding offer from us.
After accepting the offer, you will receive the money via your specified payment method within a few working days.

How do I receive my offer and how is the amount determined?
Once your items have arrived at our facility, we will carefully inspect them and evaluate them, among other things:
- Make and model
- Condition and completeness
- Market demand
- Resale prices of comparable items
Based on this information, we will create a fair and competitive offer for you. You will receive your offer via email.
The sale will only go through after you give your consent.
How are the articles inspected?
Every submitted item is inspected by our team of experts. We check the following:
- Authenticity and originality
- Condition and signs of wear
- Functionality (e.g. zippers, closures, etc.)
- Matches your information
Our goal is to ensure transparency and quality for both buyers and sellers.
What happens if my submitted item differs from the description?
Should the actual condition or design of an item differ from your specifications, we will adjust our offer accordingly. In this case, we will inform you transparently about the reasons.
You then decide whether you want to accept the adjusted offer. If you decline, we will of course return your items to you.
If you do not accept our offer or if an item is not purchased, we will return your items to you promptly. Returns are usually processed within a few business days of your decision.
Should the items you send us differ from the description, we reserve the right to charge you for the return shipping costs.
Can I sell multiple items at the same time?
Yes, you can sell multiple items at once. Please fill out the sales form for each item individually and note how many packages you need. You can then ship the items together in one or more packages.
Which items are being purchased?
We purchase selected designer items, in particular:
